I am a 19 year old amateur photographer living in Singapore. I’m currently studying Business at Temasek Polytechnic.
I love taking photographs of people. Perhaps that would explain why i love photographing music and the streets. I’ve photographed for The Esplanade, one of Singapore’s largest organization for the arts, photographing their annual Baybeats international Music Festival in 2009. I am also frequently, a photographer for *Scape Co. *Scape is a local non-profit organization which holds music events, as well as other arts programs. This gave me the chance to photograph the local bands, as well as regional acts like Chicosci from the Philippines, Closure In Moscow from Australia and Copeland from The United States.
From time to time i explore the environment beyond my doorstep with my Leica M, photographing the general people from strangers to friends, which i find myself greatly attracted to. I guess it’s just my opinion that the places around you would always wait with patience but people on the other hand, change and move faster then you can imagine.
